A successful kiosk
deployment requires the following three items:
- A Physical Kiosk (the hardware)
- User Experience Software (the software running on the kiosk)
- Integration of the Kiosk Software to the PMS
The PMS Kiosk software platform provides the last two items.
This self-service functionality consists of three software component
tiers:

TIER 1
The first tier is a professionally designed user-interface (UI). You can customize our generic UI with your look and feel (colors, fonts, logos, languages, etc.) or you can work with our professional UI designers to create your own unique user experience.

TIER 2
The second tier is the kiosk controller. The controller is responsible for processing all kiosk input/output information. This tier interacts with the UI tier (Tier 1), encodes keys, works with the credit card reader, and accesses the local printer device(s). |

TIER 3
The third component performs the actual PMS integration. There are many unique PMS software products in use throughout the world and no standard way of communicating between them. For PMS vendors we’ve already worked with, we have completed this integration. For those we haven’t yet encountered we customize our third tier to work with the particular PMS software that you are using. |
